Spices made from herbs have long known to be powerful and effective to keep one healthy and young.
Preparations: 1lb of chicken meat, 4 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, 8 bowls of water, and 2 packs of A1 Chicken Soup Spices
1) Rinse chicken meat
2) When water is boiling, put in the chicken meat and chicken soup spices and use medium heat to cook for 20 minutes
3) Add pepper before serve
