Spices made from herbs have long known to be powerful and effective to keep one healthy and young.
Preparations:
4 lbs of meat, 8 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, 6 cups of water, and 2 packets of A1 Soup Spices
Cooking Instructions:
1) Rinse meat
2) When the water is boiling, place the meat and Soup Spices and use medium heat to cook for 30 minutes
3) Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt until meat is fully cooked
4) Add pepper before serving
