Information We Collect Directly.
Contact Information: If you access our Site or Services, contact us, or participate in any promotion with us, you are choosing to give us your personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, phone number, mobile telephone number, or physical contact information about yourself.
Transaction Information: We will maintain a record of your use of our Services. We may also retain your communications with us and our responses.
Job Applicants: When applying for a job opening you may elect to send us your resume or other relevant information.
Information We Collect Automatically.
When you access our Services, we (or our third-party analytics providers) may collect information about your device and use of the Services. We may use a variety of technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to collect some of this information. Our use of Tracking Technologies is discussed further below and in more detail in Tracking Technologies and Analytics Services Section below. We may use Tracking Technologies to automatically collect the following information:
Device Information. We may collect certain information about the device you use to access the Services, including but not limited to IP address, unique device identifiers, browser types and browser language.
User History: We may log certain usage information about your use of the Services, which may include a history of the pages you view.
Mobile/Location Information. We may collect additional information from you if you access the Site through a mobile device, for example your unique device identifier, device’s operating system, mobile carrier, or location when you opt in for us to do so. If you enable location services for the Services, we may collect regional location data periodically as you use or leave open the Services. We may also collect your location information from your IP address or zip code.
We may also use location data internally or in conjunction with our third-party service providers to customize your experience and provide offers that may be relevant to you. Depending on the platform you use to access the Services (e.g., Apple™ iOS, Google™ Android, Windows, etc.) you may be able to control from within the settings on your wireless device whether location data is collected.
Information We Collect from Third Party Sources
Third Party Sources. From time to time we may obtain personal information about you from third party sources, such as public databases or social networking services and third-party service providers. We use this information, alone or in combination with other information (including personal information) we collect, to enhance our ability to enhance the Services we provide to you.

Promotional Communications. We may use your contact information to send you updates and communications about our products and services or other promotional communications, such as special offers or share your information with our trusted marketing partners so they can send promotional offers to you. Third Parties Providing Functionality. We may work with third parties to provide certain functionalities on the Site and to improve its effectiveness and content. Separate and distinct from information Yeo’s shares with third parties, third party companies may also use Tracking Technologies to independently collect and store information about you when you access the Services and may combine this information with information they collect from other sources. Please note, we do not control Tracking Technologies used by third parties, and their use may be governed by the privacy policies of the third parties employing the Tracking Technologies.
Mobile Carriers. If you access the Services through a mobile device we may also share your information with mobile carriers, operating systems and platforms.
Compliance with Law. Yeo’s may release information if it is required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with the law or comply with legal process served on Yeo’s; (2) protect and defend the legitimate business interests, rights or property of Yeo’s, its users, advertisers, customers, sponsors, service providers, advertisers or affiliates; and (3) if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Service or policies.
Service providers. Sometimes we need to share your information with our third-party service providers, who help us provide and support the Services and other business functions. For example, we may use service providers to assist with the following: analyzing data, hosting data, engaging technical support, delivering content and email distribution.
Organizational Changes: Should Yeo’s undergo a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation, accumulated customer information will be treated as an asset and, like other business assets, subject to transfer to or acquisition by a third party. We may also disclose information about our users in connection with a commercial transaction where we, or any one of our businesses, is seeking financing, investment, support or funding.
With Your Consent or at Your Direction. We may share and disclose your personal information if you consent or direct us to do so.
4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND ANALYTICS SERVICES
Third Party Analytics Providers. We use Google as our third party service provider to provide analytics on some of the Services. Google uses first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) to help implement these Services. 5. YOUR CHOICES/HOW TO OPT-OUT
Promotional Emails. Any recipient of promotional emails may opt out of receiving them at any time. To opt out of receiving promotional emails follow the unsubscribe instructions located near the bottom of each promotional email. You may also opt out of receiving marketing emails by emailing us at email@example.com.
Transactional Emails. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, you may still receive administrative email from us.
Turning Off Tracking Technologies. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a persistent or session cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off such cookies through your browser settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. It is important to remember that many of Yeo’s’ services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
Browser “Do Not Track” Signals. Some third-party browsers provide “do not track” machine readable signals for websites, which are automatically applied by default and therefore do not necessarily reflect our visitors’ choices. As a result, we do not respond to these signals.

Yeo’s takes reasonable steps to ensure that the data we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and up to date. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that are designed to guard our customers’ personal information. However, while we strive to protect your personal information, Yeo’s cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
Our Services are directed at a general audience and not directed to those under the age of 18. Yeo’s does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age and if we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13 years of age we will take steps to remove that individual’s personal information from our systems.

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. HTML5. We may use HTML5, for compatibility with Apple iOS devices. HTML5 has browser web storage that does not rely on traditional browser cookies. HTML5 storage doesn’t use the browser “cookies” file. The ability of a user to disable HTML5 storage while simultaneously leaving cookies enabled is browser dependent.
Web Beacons/GIFS. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as “1×1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in our web pages and messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to our Services, to monitor how users navigate the Services, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.
e-tags/cache browsers/web logs. Like most standard website servers, we log IP addresses (a unique number assigned to every computer on the Internet) and device identification in order to improve security, analyze trends and administer the Services. We may track your movement within the Services, the pages from which you were referred, access times and browser types. This information may include the browser you are using, the Internet address from which you linked to our Services, the operating system of your computer, the unique IP address of the computer or device identification from the mobile device that you used to access our Services and usage and browsing habits. We use this information in the aggregate to gauge the effectiveness, usage, and popularity of our Services, track information for statistical purposes, help diagnose and troubleshoot server malfunctions, analyze trends, track user movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information. Flash Cookies. Our Sites may also use so-called “Flash Cookies” (also known as Local Shared Objects or “LSOs”) to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of our services, fraud prevention and for other site operations. If you do not want Flash Cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash Cookies storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel.
